Who we are

Chrome Studio AI ("we", "us") operates the AI workspace at https://chromestudioai.com for print-on-demand sellers, clothing brands and online store owners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details (email address, profile name, sign-in method), content you create in the studio (prompts, generated text, projects, mockups), support tickets and their attachments, billing records processed by our payment provider Stripe (we never see or store your full card number), and product usage data such as page views, feature usage and generation counts.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, generate the AI outputs you request, process subscriptions and prevent fraud, respond to support requests, send account-related emails (verification, password reset, ticket notifications), and detect abuse. We do not use your content to advertise to you or sell it to anyone.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider (prompts you submit are sent to generate results), our payment provider Stripe, and our email provider Resend. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies, analytics and ad measurement

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security. With your consent via the cookie banner, we also collect anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. You can change your choice at any time.

For users who choose to accept measurement cookies, we share a hashed email address with Google for ad measurement (Enhanced Conversions) so we can understand which Google Ads clicks lead to signups. The email is hashed in your browser before it is sent, and Google uses it only for attribution and measurement.

Storage and security

Data is stored with row-level access controls so each account can only reach its own records. Third-party API keys you store are encrypted and never returned to the browser. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never stored in readable form.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (such as invoices).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by opening a support ticket. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or California), you may have additional rights including objecting to processing and lodging a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.
