Agreement
By creating an account or using Chrome Studio AI at https://chromestudioai.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud or non-payment.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic and Pro) renew monthly until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page; changes take effect per the billing portal rules and cancellations keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices exclude any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Failed payments may result in restricted access until resolved. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support.
Free plan and fair use
The free plan includes a limited number of AI generations per month. We may apply fair use limits to any plan to keep the service fast and reliable for everyone.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content; to violate marketplace rules (Etsy, Shopify or others) in a way that harms third parties; to reverse engineer the platform; to resell raw AI model access; or to attempt to breach security or access other users' data.
Your content
You own the designs, listings, prompts and copy you generate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — AI output can contain errors, and you must ensure it is accurate, suitable, and does not infringe third-party rights such as trademarks or copyrights.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (for example Stripe for payments and AI model providers). Your use of marketplaces like Etsy or Shopify remains governed by their own terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
